Compex at ProgiLog in Paris

Controlling logistic processes with software solution Compex Commerce

ProgiLog, the leading Supply Chain Management exhibition, will be held in Porte de Versailles / Paris on November 25/26, 2009. Together with its French partner Planipe, the German software house Compex will have an own exhibition stand (D 17) in Hall 8. Founded in 2000, Planipe is an expert on the field of stock optimization. The French company is working for Auchan, Mr Bricolage and Legrand - to name just a few of its clients. The Progilog Expo will provide an opportunity for the Heidelberg software expert Compex to present its standard software solution Compex Commerce, which manages both merchandise management as well as logistic processes in just one application.

The key issue of the exhibition is the improvement of the supply chain between suppliers and customers. Approximately 140 exhibitors and some 5,000 visitors are expected at the Expo. The presentations and shows will give visitors the chance to gather information on the management of logistic and business processes.

Dialog with visitors and presentations

Planipe and Compex will use the exhibition platform to present their flexible, process and workflow-oriented solution to interested, international trade visitors. Compex will present its implementation concept 2BEE both at the Expo's stand itself as well as in a parallel series of presentations. The topic of its presentation is "2BEE method: Risk minimization implementing ERP, SCM - Made in Germany".

In addition to that, Compex will illustrate that its software solution Compex Commerce - thanks to its integration without interfaces and thus without media disruptions - allows a cost-efficient optimization of business processes in the field of warehouse and store merchandise management, logistics and accounting, and that it therefore helps to secure competitive advantages.
